FNB EBUCKS AND ENGEN PURCHASES, FNB NOT ETHICAL

So this is a scary thought, I was informed via sms of the fuel station changes of FNB to earn Ebucks, this was clearly indicated to me that from 1 July 2018 all fuel purchases from Engen station only will earn ebucks. I also have this on an email confirmation which states I will earn 0.75c for every litre of fuel purchase on my current FNB spending and ebucks level. Strange enough I received no rewards from FNB during 10 July 2018 and 13 August 2018 for any fuel purchase even though I have purchased significant amount of fuel. THIS IS A WARNING AND I WILL TAKE THIS PUBLIC IF NO RESPONSE OR COMPENSATION FROM FNB, I WILL ADVISE ALL PARTIES I ENGAGE WITH REGARDING THE ABOVE AND RECOMMEND ALTERNATIVE BANKS, I WILL ALSO BE LOOKING INTO MORE ETHICAL AND HONEST BANKING SERVICES.

Reviewer Update
I had a call from a consultant which informed me that the sms message sent out by FNB states the incorrect details as to eBucks earned period. Thus I now waited for a month to go by to see if FNB can honour their eBucks commitment in full, just as I predicted it was wrong once again same as the sms. FNB needs to wake up and test systems prior to setting up new suppliers like Engen for fuel purchases. I have bought over R 4 387-20 of fuel during the next period as per my eBucks verification on the banking website confirmed by FNB, I am also on the 0.75c/l (level3) return/refund level. Taking into consideration the average R/l as per FNB website on eBucks R 16.03 they claim I have earned 702 eBucks for fuel purchases. How can that be? I have only used Engen filling stations with every purchase! My eBucks calculation states 2052.50 ebucks earned for this period as per eBucks website spending verification. FOR EVERYBODY OUT THERE, CHECK YOUR EBUCKS THOROUGHLY AS IT SEEMS FNB CAN'T CALCULATE THEIR OWN NEW STRUCTURE!!!!!
