FNB ebucks

For some unknown reason to customers of FNB ebucks has lost out on Game, Makro, Incredible Connection and Dischem. The thought remains what went wrong, Is it FNB or supply stores not wanting to be involved with FNB anymore. ( what makes Standard bank or any other bank rewards better than ebucks? ). Did FNB do enough to keep these stores on the ebucks online and in store list?, Only FNB has this answer. This is a major step back for FNB and customers as the stats show this is where the shoppers go to buy. ie. Black Friday and Christmas. We are limited to Takealot for most household goods and that is not fair competition. So my last thought is can and will FNB do something about this remains to be seen...
