FNB Ebucks

FNB Ebucks department online service is horrible!!!! The will keep you waiting with a message that you are number 1 in the queue and when they eventually attend to you they just not useful!!!!

For over 2 months now I have been filling up at Engen and paying using my visual card to pay BUT I never get the advertised cash back….. is this a **** or what ????
