Is Ebucks still a thing?

One month i just stopped receiving Ebucks completely.

I contacted FNB about 3 times to hear why i am not getting ebucks any more and with every call back (call centre lines are extremely bad) i am told to do something different from loading my cars on navcar which i did to changing my account (which they wanted me to do to get ebucks) as per them and still no ebucks.

What is the use of me going to the partnered store and filling up with Engen if I don't get my ebucks?

Is it better to just change to Standard Bank and get their rewards?
