FNB ebuck and private clients useless

Absolutely useless service as always. I pay for a private clients accounts. I haven't had a private banker for the past 4 years. I was on the phone for 3 hours, called 17 times and still haven't gotten through to a person that can help me. I don't want to speak to a bot they are useless. I went to Wimpy to redeem my on the go benefit which expires tonight at 23:59, but the benefit disappeared from the app, even the people at Wimpy couldn't find it. Why is fnb so useless when we try to use the services? Been trying to get help from the call centre for 2 days now.
