FNB eBuck

Bought an item through FNB and their eBucks shop. Item broke with in a month and half. Logged a return beginning December 2022 and nothing was done. I had to complain 2x and eventually on the 27 Decemebr they came and picked it. How ever since then I have not recieved any comminucation since. I have tried calling their help line for over 3x and just get cut off by their consultants, I eventually got to log a quiery/complaint on the 6th Jan 2023. but to this day I have not recieved any communication still. Tried calling again on the 12 Jan 2023 and got the same story. Getting cut off. the only thing I got is a ticket number ***Q.
