FNB Eazy Zero is the most USELESS, WORTHLESS, IDIOTIC thing that FNB has ever introduced.

FNB's new Easy Zero account has to be the WORST innovation that the bank has ever invented! It was clearly devised by someone who han absolutely no idea how ordinary people live and manage their money! After 15-years with the Bank in my personal and business capacity, I am ready to cancel the whole lot right now!

In addition to destroying its own eWallet service, Zero Easy will definitely FNB's relationship with some of its most loyal customers like myself.

Then when I tried to cancel my stupid Zero Easy account, I was told by a customer service executive that I needed R1.47 to do so. I duly deposited R20 into the useless Zero Easy account just to make sure that there was enough for the "close out", then phoned again to cancel. This time I was told that I needed to pay ANOTHER R18,60 before the account would be able to be closed! I am now depositing another R50 rand into the idiotic and useless Zero Easy account - and hope that this will be enough to rid me of it forever!

To the executives/team who thought of this product, I suggest that you all go back to Marketing and/or Fiannce school. Or maybe just go back to High Scholl and start again!
