FNB Easy Zero - not that easy or fast.

After standing in a queue for 3 hours over 2 days because they have to few personnel to manage the amount of clients at the bank, we opted to open a FNB Easy Zero account for my daughter. It's 3 weeks later and we still haven't received a card for this account or the promised sms to come and fetch the card or any kind of contact. I've been a client of this bank for 20 years and recommended it first when my daughter wanted an account. I am now regret recommending FNB and your first impression on a new client is terrible. Can you please finalise this account.?
