Fnb easy zero account on ewallet

Easy Zero Account at fnb is an account that your ewallet goes to, no card, as an fnb client I had to cancel it, I did not even ask for it, it was imposed on me. But this complaint is about my daughter's cellphone number which now has an easy zero account created online whilst she was trying to withdraw money I sent. She probably made a mistake by pressing it whilst doing the ewallet ussd number. Fine.

She now cannot access ewallet i sent, to cancel this account thats was created with a ussd, I must go to fnb with her to cancel this account. Why does an ewallet service, created to make sending money Easy prompt people to open accounts at fnb. I do not have time to hold a que at fnb, with my ID and he BC for an account opened with a click of a button mistakenly. Very inconvenient which I thought they were promoting convenient banking.
