FNB easy account paypal service

I am highly dissapointed with the fnb services, i have a new fnb easy account which is supposed to be the account you can link a paypay account with, but after about 5 days of going between the walmer park fnb branch in port elizabeth and fnb/paypal telephone services, no one can help me link my card with the account. I know this is possible as a fellow colleague has completed his linking proccess in less than 5 minutes with the same account as mine. The branch is so uneducated about paypal services that they dont even know that u can use a easy account for these services although this was confirmed by more than three fnb paypal consultants . It seems like FNB does not have a clue how to troubleshoot the problem and just keeps on referring me to different departments. i am at the verge of closing my fnb account and just forgetting about it as no one can assist me.

Reviewer Update
Just to follow up, in this process I had to pay for a new card that Walmer branch said was necessary to set up the PayPal account, after the new card they could still not setup PayPal after logging this complaint the manager phoned me to resolve the problem i then asked that i be refunded for the new card given, as the summerstrand branch gave me a new card again to solve the issue(which i had to pay for again), the manager said she would get back to me as they have to log it with head office as a dispute. A year later and no follow up call.
