FNB early debit orders without concent

I am writing this on behalf of my wife that is currently shocked into tears by FNB's utter ignorance for real life people and their circumstances. All of my creditors, including the bank I am with, have sent me notifications and confirmation requests as to when they should take my debit orders in December, seeing that the majority of corporate companies usually pay salaries early in December. However, FNB failed to notify nor request authority to do so for my wife, resulting in her debit orders going of just now on 13 Dec, leaving her with a wopping R36 in her account. How on earth can you just take your debit orders when ever you feel like it? Who gave you authority to do so? Definitely not my wife. This reminds me why I will never in my life move to FNB, even with all the recommendations from others. This is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. If anything, I will help her apply to move to my bank just to avoid this from happening again.
