Fnb!

I have been a loyal customer with Fnb for the past 3 years and not only do I have loyalty to the bank but I have had a good relationship with this bank for all this time now. Debit orders paid on time, credit card up to date and paid well and I even took out contracts for 2 devices with this bank. I can safely say that, our relationship is solid.

I approached the bank today for a loan to cater for personal needs. My application was not even remotely actioned... I was declined without even doing any checks... All because I use a passport. I am on a Premier account and I do not think for the fees that I pay, for my existing relationship with FnB it is grossly unfair to be declined for a loan.
