I'm on unpaid leave during the Covid-19 pandemic meaning I have no income. I app**** for debt relief from FNB. They responded by offering me a loan which must be used to pay them back for other loans. How rediculous is that? I'm highly disappointed by their attitude during this crisis we all face.
