FNB

FNB has failed to provide me a paid up letter or remove my name from the credit bureaux despite me settling my debt with them. It is unfair that I maintain my end of the bargain and pay my debt yet they fail to maintain their end of the bargain. I have other obligations to meet and FNB is restricting me from fulfilling them by failing to provide my paid up letter.
