Never join FNB. They are absolutely useless. I had *****ulent transactions on my credit card in December, this was investigated after so many calls, case closed and transactions reversed in Mid Feb, and I received a confirmation that the case was closed and transactions reversed. a few days later, these transactions are reinstated, I call Credit Card they ask me to call *****. I call ***** and they indicate that the case is closed and the transactions reversed and I need to call credit card to find out why these have been reinstated, Called credit and they want me to call ***** again- Its ridiculous that these credit card call centre individuals have such little experience and all they can do is pass on the responsibility to another division. I am a private wealth client, but it seems that this really is of no consequence. I cannot wait to close my accounts, including my investments and move banks.
