FNB

I’m currently on holiday in Italy and am unable to use my bank card, as one could imagine this is a massive problem. I informed the bank that I will be traveling and I filled in the visa application on the FNB app while getting bank statements. I called their toll free number where I was told to email them which I did, yesterday and again today and I still have not received a reply. It is highly frustrating to be in a different country with no access to your funds.
