FNB

I have been calling FNB regarding a mortgage protection plan (MPP) for over a month in regards to gettingt my bond registered so the attorney's could go forward with the registration and through out the whole of June I have been battling to get any sort of assistance from everyone in the relevant department eventually a proposal has been escalateded and for 3 weeks I wanted and still nothing I eventually called a different company to offer me the cover FNB couldn't or refused to give me so I forwarded the documents to the attorney's so that they could send it to FNB for further evaluation to see if the cover meets their expectations but again another week and the attorney's now have been following up with FNB but nothing no response

NOW I GOT A REPLY FROM THE ATTORNEY'S THAT FNB REJECTED MY POLICY BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MEET THERE REQUIREMENTS. FNB HAS ALL MY INFO REGARDING MY HOME LOAN AND HAS THE REQUIREMENTS I NEED TO HAVE MY BOND REGISTERED WHICH IS CALL A MORTGAGE PROTECTION PLAN THE ONE THING THEY REFUSING TO GIVE ME EVERY DANM TIME A PROPOSAL GET'S ESCALANTED THEN NO ONE CONTACTS ME... THIS IS MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY *****ING ME UP I DEMAND ASSISTANCE

Where are my mortgage protection plan policy documentation, I was told after the call is ended my documents would be emailed to me, I've been on secure chat with Kaylene in life insurance and she said that documents are are only scheduled after FNB receives first payment this is unacceptable I need the policy documents.
