Last year I had an issue with my account when it was blocked for alleged ***** I spoke to the investigator and gave him all the required information he asked for. Then he went silent I've called the ***** department countless times I've sent the investigator numerous emails and made numerous phone calls and no response. If I'm lucky enough to get a response they tell me to call the ***** department. It's been more than 4 months now trying resolve this issue and get clarity. What's worse is that my salary is still in that account. when I send the investigator an email I get an automated response.
