FNB E-Wallet Technical Issues - NO URGENCY!!!

On Sunday 22nd September I received and e-wallet from someone which on the same day reversed. Upon investigating it, we realised that it was not reversed by the sender but unfortunately by a technical error on the FNB system.

I gave FNB a call and they lodged a claim with their admin department, but unfortunately they take 2 - 5 working days to revert back.

I need to use the money and according to FNB there is no urgent way of solving this issue as I have called them numerous times to try and get the money back.

I am being inconvenienced by their technical issues and there is no sense of urgency from their e-wallet department who continue telling me about their admin department and how they cannot just ask them to handle the issue.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Phathutshedzo Tshivase, who told me I would have to and asked her supervisor Mahlatse Dikgole, who told her the same thing. There is no sense of urgency for an issue that was not caused by me, but by their technical issues. And it seems I will have to wait for over 5 - 10 days to sort this mess out as bankers are going on strike on Friday.
