FNB E- Wallet Reversals a Rip-Off!!!

I sent money via FNB Ewallet to someone by mistake on Monday the 27th of November. On Friday the 1st of December 2023, the intended recipient said she did not receive the money. I learned to the FNB website that reversal after 72 hrs. can not be done via app or telephone banking so you have to call the FNB helpline. I called the FNB helpline ***) and was told to accept the terms and conditions that the reversal cost is R75 and my Ewallet transaction was for only R300. To me that is a huge ******* compared to Standard bank. I did the same reversal transactions with Standard Bank Send Money version of Ewallet. Standard Bank let you manage your reversals for free and as long as possible. and you can view and manage any time the status of the Send Money transaction, which gives you peace of mind. Well done Standard Bank. 10/10.
