FNB E-WALLET PROTEA POINT

So my Sister sent me an e-wallet to my phone to the value of R200. I went to the ATM at Protea Point, while I was waiting for the machine to dispense the cash. The machine said out of service. I called the numbers on the ATM and the agent I spoke to said the money will be returned back to my cell number. I wanted a few minutes hoping the machine will be back online, I went home and came back and the machine was back online but when I checked the money was no longer in my account.
