FNB e-Wallet is unreliable

I would like to express my dissappointment with regards to FNB e-wallet , about a week ago my sister sent me R150 using e-wallet and I went to westgate mall to withdraw that amount, to my suprise I could only get R100, I tried checking the balance however all the options on the ATM were greyed out. I tried another ATM machine and finaly I got an error message advising me that there is insiffient funds.

I have confirmed with my sister who sent me this money that she had already paid the service fee, so my question is why is FNB keeping my R50.

This makes me so furious because I dont have a good expirience with FNB, I actualy banked with you guys for a while and ended up moving to another bank because there were so many ***** activities in my account. However my sister still banks with FNB and this is the first time I use e-wallet and the expirience of it was absolutely appalling.

Can someone please tell me why on earth are you keeping my R50, yes R50 isnt a lot of money... Actually its not the money I am upset about, its how FNB does things that annoys the hell out of me.

Please explain to me what is going on here??

My name is Thuli and my contact details are ********** 250
