Fnb e wallet ****

Fnb ****med me, i was sent money via ewallet the atm machine declined to give the full amount, i took what the atm machine give me, the next day i tried to retrieve the remaining balance but it also declined, got assisted by a very rude consult in maponya mall by the name of wandile, who give me two options 1 to get a new ewallet account to get my balance, option 2 request for a new pin and i will get my balance i then bought airtime request a new pin, went the fnb atm declined again reason i have to pay R11 for the transaction, my sender payed for the transaction, i have to pay again for the same transaction, my goodness this is ***** a **** why cant i get my full amount, got a call from sindiswa phakhathi from fnb, who was very unhelpful, her only answer was that terms and conditions and that she cant assist me, so at fnb customers get double charged if fnb atms decline to give full amounts, i spend my airtime and petrol from one atm to other to withdraw my full amount, till today fnb is refusing to give me what belong to me, they are running where customers are forced to open up ewallet accounts via the remaining balance,
