FNB E-VOUCHERS

I bought R900.00 online vouchers. FNB took my money and yet still today no Pin code nor refund. Spent 1 hour 42 minutes on the phone just so that FNB customers services can keep redirecting me to someone else. First E- bucks, second Customer service, 3rd Online banking, 4th FNB connect and so it went on and on. I want my money FNB.
