FNB E-MAILING SERVICE NOT WORKING

A couple of weeks ago, I phoned FNB Call Centre and requested copies of back dated bank statements be mailed to my e-mail address. I was told I would have to pay R13 per sheet. I had no problem with that and asked that they be forwarded to me. However, FNB's e-mail never arrived! My provider is Telkom and I initially thought the problem might lie with them. So after a few days I phoned again and asked that the statements (which I urgently need by the way!) be sent to my Gmail account. Still nothing was received. Eventually I asked a relative if I could use their e-mail address and for the third time asked FNB to send me the statements. Guess what! They have never arrived. As all three e-mail addresses are completely independent of each other, it is my opinion that the problem can only lie with FNB. It might be a small problem for FNB but for me (and I guess there have got to be other people this has happened to) it is a huge problem - a waste of money and of valuable time! Such service leaves a very bad taste in one's mouth! I did a complaint through to FNB but have received no response.
