FNB e-bucks rewards a joke

How pathetic is e-bucks rewards!Received my e-bucks for July which I checked just the other day when I also phoned in to find out why we have not received e-bucks on the 10th of each month as usual!Then I was on level 5 and aparently I am now only on level 3 for July!Don't understand how the banking app shows level 5 and now all of the sudden level 3? The I only received R243 for more than R15 000 spend where I received on 10July for June more than R800 worth of e-bucks!I spend almost the same amount every month and now I only get R243 for R15 000 spent at all the places where I can earn e-bucks according to the site!I will also be moving from banks!E-bucks seem to have made a huge mistake with e-bucks rewards but are not willing to admit it or someone is fooling the customers!I am only with FNB because of e-bucks,at least I got something back but now,paying almost R300 in vanking fees every month and not receiving e-bucks as usual I will definately be moving my account elsewhere!This is not the first problems I have had with FNB!
