FNB e-Bucks payment delay for August 2020

It is mid August, and we still have not received our ebucks. This is very frustrating especially being a private banking client. We are left to constantly ask our private bankers for feedback regarding the date of the ebucks payment. There is no correspondence from FNB regarding this delay and we are left to float in the wind. I seriously want to change banks as i pay a high fee each month for being a private client and this is the **** we need to put up with!!!!!
