FNB- E-Bucks no feedback or help received
3rd review on the same issue.... Still have not heard from E-bucks consultant regarding the issue where I was not able to use my discount which were offered on the day I tried to check out an item. This issue was raised to different people 4 times and yet no feedback or solution. I was warned by others to not go over to FNB and now I know why........ After service does not exist.... Very disappointed

08 Dec 2021, 12:414th review on the same issue. Spoke to 5 different people at E-bucks from the 29th of Nov up to today 8 Dec and still nothing is resolved.
Received call from Decklyn due to my complaint on 7 Dec and he promised to call me back and sort out my discount..... Again I am still waiting.
Hopefully someone more senior and more committed will contact me to resolve this as I will then have to take this issue further- but I guess that won't even help!!!!!
