FNB E-bucks giving less rewards as they keep changing the rules

FNB ebucks give less and less rewards as they change the rules to benefit them. I spend 2 hours looking at their rules trying to see why I don't get ebucks when I use my credit card for payments and could not find anything. All that I could find was: "Earn additional eBucks with Smart Spend when you use your FNB Fusion Premier card, FNB Premier Credit Card, FNB Premier Debit card or FNB Pay during the month." I use to get smart spend rewards for payments with my credit card but not anymore. Petrol at Engen has a cap of R2000 which I also fail to find on the FNB adverti*****ts and APP. Im sure its somewhere in the fine print (which I cannot find) but is that how you TRICK your clients to spend their money where they wouldn't normally have, if they published the fine print in the add? I left Discovery bank for the same reason which I see as ********* shifting of the goal post every time. I contact a consultant that couldnt explain it and just said its the rules, is there anything else that it can help me with.....excellent customer care!
