FNB E-3 Error is driving me insane...

I have tried to register online @FNB.co.za for my paypall account and it keeps giving me error E-3... I have tried to google what the error might mean but can't find it anywhere.... Terrible service really... Can't even give me an option for assistance... Very disappointed that it is not allowing me to register for this account...
