Fnb dynarc walk bad

We went to fnb Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein to change details on our non profit organisation and to setup Internet banking so that we could link it to our PayPal. We were sent away by the manager who took our documents and said she will dalk us during the week because there are only two people at the branch. It is now a week later and we still haven't heard anything. In the meantime we can't get our money that was donated because of fnb's failure to provide us a service we pay for.
