FNB Durban North Broadway, I have received all of my money that was taken by the ATMs while trying to make a deposit on the 3rd of March.

Hi my name is Nkosikhona Mpisana on the 3rd of March 2024 I went to FNB broadway Durban North to deposit money I had R83000 cash on me I was only able to deposit R25000 and the rest was taken by the ATM as they stopped working, I went to the bank on the 4th of March to tell the bank and they asked me to fill in the paperwork and that I will have to give them 48 hours, and then they paid R20000 later that day and Paid R13000 on the 5th I went to the bank again yesterday they promised the rest of the money will be paid yesterday but I didn’t receive anything.
