FNB duplicate accounts

I had a temp loan account at FNB that was in arrears, I contacted FNB and made arrangements to pay it. In the first month of making payment a duplicate account labeled "overdraft" with exactly the same amount appeared on my credit report. I finished paying the temp loan in a couple of months and it was removed from my report, but the second account labeled "overdraft" is still on my report with the same duplicate amount. I have never had an overdraft facility and the FNB braches make you sit on the phone for an hour with no resolution, it's been 6 months now. Horrible experience, I just want this settled so I can leave FNB.
