FNB Dumber than dumb

So here we go again with FNB stupidity. They have a secure app. I log onto the app with my finger print. I make a payment for a large amount R28000 I have approved the payment, I have upped the amount to make the payment on the app, I fill out the form and send the payment and then.... They Frikken second guess me. Apparently someone phoned me to verify that I made the payment from my secure app and could not get hold of me.... *** I had my cell phone next to me and no call was received. I then (***ed around) from 07H00 until after 08H00 manage to get hold of someone and they tell me my payment is failed. I am told I must make my payment again from my secure app. NO FRIKKEN COMMON SENSE! IDIOT BANK! NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AND FNB! THEY ARE TOO DUMB TO IMPROVE!
