Fnb dt orders

Fnb keeps on deducting dt orders now before the end of the month. Happend last week, reversed it after struggling 4 days and again today. Clear said i did not give authority to deduct before end of month but yet carries on. App resoinse is pathetic. Had one competent operator on day 4 last time that assisted, Neo. Others did noy know how to sort it out. Now i must start again?
