FNB - DSV Delivery service 3 weeks wait and collection of card at branch against R100 penalty
It took DSV, the manadatory card delivery service, 3 weeks to deliver the new FNB card as the old one had expired. Whenever one investigated via FNB the answer was: DSV will deliver within 3-5 working days. However the answer remained the same after a few days. My wife then went to FNB for her new card and asked to collect it from her branch in Sandton. Result is that after a week DSV calls and tells us that card can only be delivered to the house and delivery to FNB for collection will be R100 to be debited to the FNB account... And FNB now wonders why we have put call accounts on notice in preparation to move to another bank..

22 Apr 2019, 11:41After writing the complaint on hellopeter I received a call from FNB advising that they would NOT charge for the late delivery to the branch. The card arrived at the branch and I now spotted that a 100 R delivery charge was debited to the account......
