FNB / DSV Couriers

FNB Card Division / DSV Couriers - Extremely poor service from bank selected courier company DSV to replace my expired credit cards. Well before expiry I was contacted by FNB & DSV to arrange for delivery / directions. Information was given several times and possible dates arranged. Even my complaining to FNB and DSV made no difference. It is now 2 weeks past my cards expiry date and still no cards. Received another call 5 days ago confirming my details and address. Still nothing received. FNB you're choice of courier company is extremely poor!!!! DSV you're service sucks!!!!

Matter has been resolved - my reply to DSV Mounties as follows : Can only say thank you to driver that finally delivered parcel. If it wasn't for him I'm sure I'd still be waiting. I've explained several times to DSV despatch where I stay, gave exact details etc - they still go and give my delivery to wrong delivery area. The driver had to travel outside his area of responsibility (great distance / waste of time, fuel) to deliver - all this could have been avoided if DSV despatch opened their ears and listened / made correct allocation - so all in all I'm not happy with DSV Mounties in general as the late delivery involved me incurring extra costs as I had to make alternative arrangements due to this incompetence. However, thank you for delivery, pity I had to resort to complaining here to get action! Driver needs to be commended, my sincere thank you to him.
