FNB drops the ball with SIM card

I have requested a new sim card Tuesday 20 April 2021. FNB couriers contacted me and told me I would receive it by Friday 23 April 2021. When I called Friday 23 April to find out when I would receive the sim card, I was told that it was still in the warehouse and they did not know when I would receive it.

I find this very unprofessional, and will definitely take my business somewhere else.
