FNB Drops the ball again
On March 11 I used my FNB business card for the second time and the ATM kept the card. The staff were unable to assist and I had to cancel the card and order a new one. Now this is where the fun starts. I have been trying t find out when I can expect my card. Besides offering a POPI DNA sample, no one seemed able to assist. I then get a call from their useless couriers. They wanted to come the same day. I could not be at home so she cut the call. I then got a call last Friday from same said couriers. Brian was amazed to hear that I had already been called and arranged to have the card delivered today between 8 and 10 am. At 9.15 I called to see if they were still on track as I took the morning off work only to be told that I was not on the list for today!! I asked to speak to a manager but after 10 minutes of waiting I ended the call. How can one company be so consistently average in their service! I have had nothing but this kind of ineffectiveness since I opened the account.
