FNB dropping the ball
The service i have received from FNB has all together dropped to levels that are just no longer acceptable, from private bankers not fulfilling their commitments, to commercial finance taking a year to issue bonds and a rewards system that changes every month

02 Jan 2019, 15:38Hi client experience team
i had a 2 calls and nothing more for the following 2 weeks and nothing done about my querries so i am guessing my first assumptions were correct and FNB definitely doesn't care about the client even when you are told you have been elevated to private client then to private wealth. Really sad 30 years of private and business banking, this must be the only industry where 30 years of client loyalty leads to worse service.
