FNB dropping my credit score because I closed the Money Maximizer Account

I am writing to express my disappointment with your poor service. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the terrible service I have received with FNB. My previous *** which I didn't receive any feedback. New Complaint Reference ***. My credit score has dropped because of FNB and the reason for that is because I moved my investment account to a different bank. I had a Money Maximizer and I was paying monthly fees for it because when I opened it someone opened it as a separate account to my normal cheque account. I moved my savings because another bank is not charging me any monthly fees and it's giving me even better rates. My credit score was 705 and it's 682 not because I've missed any of my payments. I'm getting penalized because I no longer some cash reserve funds.
