FNB dropped calls
I keep receiving calls from FNB Credit Card Department. When I answer, the call is transferred to an agent. I greet the agent and then the call gets dropped. Is this done on purpose so that they can tick my name off a list of customers they have called? This has happened about 4 times this past week.

16 Oct 2025, 10:42Good day! I am still receiving dropped calls, so this case has not been resolved! It is becoming a real nuisance as I receive these calls up to twice daily!!!
