Come on this is *****. I have had FNB remove money from both my fully paid off loans with the reference Dr Adjust. No discussion, they just take the money. We ****ed and sc****d so as not to default on any payments, and they keep taking. And the idiot on the chat does not know what he is talking about. I get put through to various people on the helpline and eventually get cut off without any help. Next I am going to the ombudsman.
