FNB downgrading me to GOLD from Private Wealth after being a private client for almost 3 years and above the bracket!!!!

I have been on a private wealth account since 2017. My salary is above the bracket. I never had any issues until I now when I needed to order a new card via the app due to lockdown. All of a sudden I need to be changed to a gold card??? my life insurance is over 6 million with FNB? I have a savings account which I use monthly for when I do renovations, I have my savings linked and all of a sudden now I am downgraded???? I am over FNB and their pathetic service. First it was my life insurance, now my account?? I want this resolved TODAY!!!!!
