FNB DOWN THE TOILET

Got given an approved homeloan by Absa and Standard Bank within 3 days of submission, more then what we actually needed with a pre approval. Old skadonk bank FNB hasnt responded in 2 months and still cant tell us why they declined - all records and financials in order. Moving entire portfolio to Standard Bank because of your unskilled lazy staff who never respond and think of any excuseNOT to help you. Worst bank ever with the dumbest agents and support. What a shame this bank has gone down the toilet in the past few years.
