FNB double service charges another money making scheme.

So, FNB, I'm really sick and tired of following up and making sure you do your job properly. First I opened a Share account and waited the 5 days while you concluded the transaction. Surprise...Surprise when this was not done 5 days later and I had to call your care line to sort this out. Guess what, I was never contacted back with an apology. Its like it never happened. Now, I pay a monthly transaction fee on my One Account and you debit me monthly on the 20th. You are never late with your debit. So, can you explain to me why I'm paying another service fee of R122 debited for a demand deposit(which I don't have) for March? Or is this just one more way for you to ***** the little guy out of every cent they have.

So, I get my response from the Premier desk, apparently FNB makes a system change and debits my account with R122 on the 31st March, for transactions I may make in April(HaHa) in terms of VAT increase. Last I checked VAT was effective 1 April. So, the 31 March debit and explanation from FNB make no sense. I want this refunded....ASAP
