FNB double merchant charges on my account

Cleared merchant purchases are also appearing as pending in my bank account therefore becomes a double purchase and affect my balance negatively. I’m currently R4k down from my balance since the 14th of June 2025. Still getting the run around from the bank saying it’s a glitch on their side and until now nothing has changed except that I have two more additional double billed merchant purchases both sitting on cleared and pending.
