Fnb double deduction
So fnb double deducted a debit order on my account and when I request them to rectify their mistake I'm told to wait for 24 hours, funny I ddnt make the error and now I'm stranded with no cash because of the error FNB made

21 Oct 2022, 10:04The point is I ddnt authorise for the 5.1 debit order cause I made arrangements to pay on the 21st October and 21Nov now you deducted the whole amount and the went further to deduct the arranged amount. I need that money as in right now cause Im literally stranded, you inconveniencing me u were suppose to make one deduction whether it's the whole amount or the amount I agreed to pay not both
