FNB DOUBLE DEBITING AND WILL NO REPLY REGARDING REFUND

I have been trying to get a hold of FNB since last week, they have double debited my life insurance and will not refund ! I have sent numerous emails, no reply, I have been phoning and no answer!!! This is very shocking service !!!
