FNB double debiting accounts

My wife is with FNB and now struggling to contact them to sort out a double debit order issue on our home loan account. The available balance is also showing incorrect on both the app and online. With all the public holidays approaching, this needs to be resolved at soonest. We cannot afford for our home loan to be debited twice
